I'll keep the rules and regulations simple.


Bold the name of the person you know is the winner and leave a commentary (optional).
If you can't think of a winner, mainly because you don't know enough of the person, you can wait till the owners of the team provide info and feats, and/or their argument, before you supply yours.
This brings us to the team owners. They can cast a vote also, but if they do so, they need to bring firm reason as to why they think so. Unlike normal voters, they are subject to biased voting.
With that said, no bribing the members. If you're caught doing so, your team is automatically out.

KOS-MOS makes her move at 4:40 but the whole clip's worth watching.

Even if she uses more conventional attacks, I'm not sure what Sonic can do to hurt her.

Seeing as Sonic can slow time to a near stand-still (or teleport) with Chaos Control, move at supersonic speeds, and use Sonic Wind for distance attacks, he wins this, in my opinion.

Why are people saying that Ranma would win when none of his attacks would affect AoKiji? AoKiji can't be hurt by physical force, Ranma's Hiryu Shoten Ha attacks are based on drawing heat from the opponent (which probably wouldn't work on AoKiji, due to his ice logia DF), and AoKiji could just reform after being hit by ki blasts (like he did when Robin snapped him in half).

Sorry about the lack of info.

Miranda: Innocence user that can control time. She was a poor choice on part because she's mainly a support type. Her ability basically lets her restore any damage no matter how severe. It very similar to Orihime's ability, only after she deactivates her innocence all damage dealt returns.

Col. MacDoogal: from Spriggan fame. Has the appearance and voice of a young child. He is an extremely powerful government created psychic. He's able to use his powers to shield himself from explosions and weather events. He can also completely crush a human even if they are wearing an Omihalcum machine suit. Omihalcum is the strongest material in the Spriggan universe, but it's not indestructible. Fashioned into a machine suit, it greatly enhances strength and temperature tolerance while being mildly bullet-proof.

Aokiji: An ice devil fruit user from One Piece. He's able to transform completely into ice, and reform again. He is able to flash freeze large areas. People that he freezes (done through touch) can only survive if properly thawed out. If they are broken while frozen, they will die.

Lesser Feats:
- stopped multiple I-beams that fell several stories high from dropping on his boss with one foot. Furthermore, he ran there from a considerable distance.
- blew up the top of a massive building.
- blew a huge portion of a German Castle.

Bigger feats:
- Defeated Jammin who is fast enough to catch bullets with his fingers and propel them back at you. He also controls the element of fire.
- Defeated Laocorn who is stronger, faster, etc.. than Jammin. Empowered by the God of War.
- Shoots 60ft hurricanes made of raw energy.
- Overpowered and beat Ares the God of War and obliterated the giant temple they fought in.

Not really. Laocorn and Jammin were still on that rooftop.. so the damage wasn't that great.
