I'll keep the rules and regulations simple.

Bold the name of the person you know is the winner and leave a commentary (optional).
If you can't think of a winner, mainly because you don't know enough of the person, you can wait till the owners of the team provide info and feats, and/or their argument, before you supply yours.
This brings us to the team owners. They can cast a vote also, but if they do so, they need to bring firm reason as to why they think so. Unlike normal voters, they are subject to biased voting.
With that said, no bribing the members. If you're caught doing so, your team is automatically out.

Gourry may be powerful, and his sword more impressive than Urahara's shikai, but Urahara is top tier in Bleach. He should be more than fast enough to take down Gourry.

Gourry is now slouch when it comes to sword play. He is more physically stronger, more focused fighter, better skilled swordsman and his weapon cannot be matched by Benihime. He has even faced opponents from the Monster Race that were faster than him and have defeated them. To top this off, he has more dodging skills than that whore Sailor Moon.

Yusuke has NO chance at all. Xellos is the subordinate of Beastmaster Zelas-Metallium one of the 5 highest ranking Mazoku (Demons) who were created by Shabranigdo. Gaav the Demon Dragon King stated that Xellos was given power beyond any Mazoku, leading to believe that Xellos is above all other Mazoku with the exception of Dark Lords and Shabranigdo. He is the bane of the Dragon Race and is stated to have killed HALF of the ENTIRE Dragon population during a war single-handedly.

Ban Mido's speed has been stated to be near superhuman. His arms have a lifting or pressing force of 200+ tons each. His hands have a gripping force of 200 kg each. He's strong enough to rip off doors from armored trucks and punch hard enough to create large craters in the ground or break walls. In every serious encounter of the series, Ban has always been the one considered the most dangerous to the enemy.

Urahara dissipating a cero intended to kill from Yammi, Yammi is one of the espada and as such at least on par with your average captain in terms of reiatsu. The most impressive part is not so much the strength of the attack deflected as the fact that he's able to get right in front of the cero and instantly meet it with a counter of the exact same strength to neutralise is perfectly.

Urahara pops up unexpectedly behind Yammi, Yammi turns to attack but Urahara is already a good distance away in a split second.

this scan is necessary to illustrate several of the next points and pertains in particular to Yammi's Bala attack which is 20 times faster than a cero, cero's are by no means slow which pretty much registers Bala as one of the fastest attacks in the series. The explanation for Urahara seemingly being hit can be found in the following scans.

Yammi tries to hit Urahara with another Bala, Urahara's able to move past the attack and get behind Yammi before he can even realise it (again Yammi is comparable to captain level)

Urahara explains why he wasn't hurt by the attack, he's able to almost instantly switch himself with his portable gigai and evade Yammis attack despite it coming from behind and being extremely fast.

pretty much the icing on the cake, easily dissipates another attack before revealing that he's able to analyse the composition of an attack as well as the users muscle patterns and once knowing that can block or evade it every time.

his spirit gun attack completely blasts a massive hole through the side of the stadium, you can see the size of the attack as it continues to obliterate everything in its path and exit across the other side of the island

come the end of the series Genkai is quoted as saying that if he got pissed he could destroy the earth although this could be taken as a hyperbole

these are about as far as the manga scans I have (and the ones i've scounged go) being power taken from the dark tournament arc. Yusuke makes a considerable jump in power from then to the end of the series.

Nefelpitou's power has been commented on as being like being nothing sensed before by Gon, Killua and Kaito. Killua in fact comments that 3 elite hunters including the president of the organization might not win against nef.

nefelpitou's ability with nen has to do with healing/fixing bodies as well as controlling them to do his/her wishes. After killing Kaito his body is put back together by Nefelpitou and he re-appears to fight gon and killua

I'm sure almost everyone knows what Oro can do but I'll pop some recent things up just in case

Oro is able to pretty much give birth to himself out of his own mouth, its essentially like a snake shedding its skin and allows him to shrug off problems and escape tight situations. We also see him moving quickly whilst maintaining a snake like tail in place of legs.

Oro blocks one of the most destructive jutsu seen in the series that has a pretty massive widespread damage.

he then uses the aftermath of the attack to set-up a counter and demonstrates kusanagi being able to extend (this is the cut through almost anything unbreakable sword kusanagi)

we also know he can summon manda the giant snake and has at his disposal techinques like edo tensei to revive dead shinobi.

Midou Ban

damn lack of getbackers fandom making info hard to get hold of so I've spent a while looking this up, verifying and cross-reffing stuff.

Evil Eye/Jagan ~ this is one of ban's trumpcards and allows him to put anyone he makes eye contact with into an illusion for one minute in the real world. The time in the illusion seems to vary to Bans wishes and he decides what goes on. Ban has been shown to be able to freely move around and change position whilst the jagan is in use on an opponent, he may not be able to physically harm them whilst they are under it effects though.

Snakebite ~ Ban posesses superhuman strength being a direct descendant of the Witch clan and being born under the star of Asclepius. He has a base gripping force in each hand of 200 KG and has broken open armoured car doors, punched massive craters into the ground and caused massive damage to buildings.

Ban fighting against Fudou, despite Fudou using his ability to read upto three seconds in advance whats going to happen in the fight Ban completely tears through him once he gets a little serious. He shatters multiple bones in Fudou's body and tears off his mechanical arm in the blink of an eye.

Ban fighting with a girl from the beltline in mugenjyou, residents there are regarded as well above an ordinary fighter. He's attacking so fast that it seems as though he's just standing still

Akabane/Dr Jackal comments that Ban is a natural fighting genius saying that he fights solely through instinct, when he thinks left Ban goes right, when he thinks up Ban is below and so on. (no scan and raw is pretty worthless on text based results, you'll have to take my word although others can confirm. The anime also keeps this speech in)

hopefully someone read at least part of one of those =p

Gourry's got wicked endurance and speed. Never knew much about Bleach, but from what I know about Sandal-Hat, Gourry wins. Remember he can also absorb attacks with his sword and shoot them back at you.

Yomiko. Good god she's way too much for him. She can hang with high-mid tier One Piece guys. Oro cant take her. The girl is a beast at hand to hand. She can match him there. Her paper powers are way too much. They are only limited by her imagination. With just a small scrap of paper, she cuts through 10 inch steel doors. Imagine what she does fully armed with paper.

Who knows if Oro can regen from her attacks. He cant make a mouth clone if he's cut into several thousand pieces.

Another advantage she has, she can fly.

He has nothing that can break her shields. Dont say Kusanagi, because its never said it can cut steel and Yomiko's shields are stronger than steel.

I just dont see Oro even hurting her with what he's shown.

We haven't seen much from Urahara, but he has done some amazing feats, and we have hints that he's one of the strongest characters in Bleach, he must be at least as powerful as Byakuya, and that's more than Gourry can handle. Plus, he's very smart and he's always using unexpected tricks in the middle of a battle.

I'd imagine at this point in the series he'd be much stronger than that. So I'd give him the win.

Hard to say really, it would depend on if what Xellos displayed in the TV series is all he had, if so, then I'd say Yusuke. If he was really playing around as it seemed (save for the times he got outright owned ), then he might have the chance. All he really needs would be power necessary to harm Yusuke Urameshi, something like the Rah Tilt directly attacks the soul (and/or mind) would work. Otherwise, he is able to teleport and Yusuke would have to rely on his rei-gun or shotgun to harm him. But I don't recall him doing that, so I give it to Yusuke.

But Kakashi was shocked that even someone of Kakuzu's level (high-tier Akatsuki, same as Orochimaru) could use multiple elements of that particular level, then that is a bigger factor than skill. The databook makes no mention of the Kusanagi cutting steel either.

And remember that Sasuke is wielding another version of kusanagi, not Oro's.
It's safe to assume that the real thing is even deadlier than Sasuke's.
However, i give this fight to Oro. He has a lot of things in his arsenal, and he can be cut in half and survive, which Readman cant.

Readman cant be cut in half. She's too fast to get cut by Oro. Not to mention she can fly and that she has shields stronger than his Kusanagi.

Yomiko is really really being underestimated here.

She is fast enough to block bullets and dodge rains of them, she can cut through ten inches of steel with a tiny scrap of paper, she can fly, her shields can withstand explosions that destroy buildings, she can make paper storms that cover your body with paper (you cant get it off), she can make paper copies of herself, and more.

Why the underestimation?

Yomiko destroys top tier Naruto guys and can even hang with strong One Piece guys.

Ban will win this, I'm certain. Ban is able to punch someone who's about 20ft up on a pillar repeatedly while looking like he's not moving and he's not even serious. His grip force along is 200kg and has been punching through walls, steel, oncoming trucks and even lifted a huge(and I mean HUGE) tree. Ban's also very intelligent, often outsmarting alot of his opponents. He states that he can always think of 3 to 5 strategies for every oppponent he encountered(this has only failed once). Apart from that, there's also Jagan which illusion until now shows no sign of weakness. His biggest feat I'd say is beating Raitei 100% in the Infinite Fortress where Raitei is in his strongest form. That's almost equivalent to beating Enel without being immune to electricity.
