I'll keep the rules and regulations simple.

Bold the name of the person you know is the winner and leave a commentary (optional).
If you can't think of a winner, mainly because you don't know enough of the person, you can wait till the owners of the team provide info and feats, and their argument, before you supply yours.
This brings us to the team owners. They can cast a vote also, but if they do so, they need to bring firm reason as to why they think so. Unlike normal voters, they are subject to biased voting.
With that said, no bribing the members. If you're caught doing so, your team is automatically out.

Quick Ben (Malazan Book of the Fallen):

http://img90.imageshack.us/img90/7531/deadhousegatesed7.jpg
Illustration picture
Quick Ben is a mage. However, he is not your standard mage. His body is the host of no less than 12 souls, all from powerful wizards (by Malazan Standards). With his power he can access no less then 12 different warrens, which all grant different powers to the user. When a user uses a warren, he can also step into the warren, thus going into a separate world or dimension.

He is currently (as far as I have read in the series) a High mage. His shown powers include (among others): Creating illusions of flame instantly, stepping between dimensions, hovering in the air, sending another powerful person (but maybe not powerful in his defense) from the end of one house to another instantly through the air

His personality is naturally quite weird, but he is extremely intelligent, and likes an adventure. He does not hesitate in battle, and neither grieves for the deaths of those he has killed.

Karsa Teblor (Malazan Book of the Fallen):

http://img90.imageshack.us/img90/7955/thallamassmj0.jpg
Illustration picture
Karsa Teblor is a Teblor Toblakai. He is much larger then normal humans, my estimates are around 3 meters tall. He has for all his life been a warrior, living in a primitive mountain culture. His personality is simple, but his attitude is never to bow to any other. He is currently (again, as far as I have read) the Champion of the Crippled God.

His strength is no less then enormous. Normal humans cannot restrain him at all, but he nevertheless can't break heavy iron chains, if they are numerous enough and extremely thick.

As a Teblor he has no less than 4 lungs. These (probably among other things) allow him to have an incredible stamina, he ran for 4 days and 4 nights straight, and did not note it as a feat for himself, complaining about being out of shape. He has also been speared multiple times at one occasion, but ran on without problem. His regenerative abilities are also at least the double of a normal human.

In the world of the Malazan book of the fallen, there is a race of warriors known as the T'lan Imass. They undertook a ritual 200 000 years ago, which gained them immortality, so they could destroy the superior race the Jaghut. They also gained other abilities, which I will not go into here.

Such a T'lan Imass, after 200 000 years of battles to demolish other races, freed a Hound of Darkness. This hound moved faster then he could see, and ripped of his arm. Another character in the book, Fiddler - releases 5 demons, all capable of killing no less then 300 hundred soldiers in the span of 50 heartbeats - against 3 of these creatures. They all die except one, which barely survives after running away.

Later in the same book; Karsa Teblor takes on no less then 3 such hounds, at the same time, in the darkness - and kills them all.

His resistance to magic should also be noted. His blood is filled with Otatoral (sp?) which is the "anti matter" to magic. Spells that would have burnt (said by the caster himself) a human soldier to fiery ash in a matter seconds is barely enough to restrain Karsa - normal spells are not even noted.

He recently gained a sword (or was it spear?), infused with magic that cannot break, and cut through normal steal without any problem at all.

Khamzul (World of Warcraft):

http://www.blizzard.com/inblizz/fanart/images/screens/ss300-thumb.jpg
Khamzul is not a special mage, just a standard level 60, frost/arcane spesialised Undead.

As a mage he can use "Blink" which teleports him 15 yards forward (instant), scorch the enemy with a instant fire-spell; Fireblast (also instant, range 30 yards) - Freeze the enemy to the ground for 8 seconds (also instant, range 10 yards), along with many other spells that deal damage in either frost, fire or arcane. In addition he got the rather interesting spell - Polymorph (range 30 yards, 1.5 seconds casting time) - which turns the enemy into a sheep, unable to move or attack. However, while in this form, the enemy gains rapid health generation.

He also can use bandages, which can heal alot of wounds, limited to about half his total durability. I will not go into the durability issues around game characters (can take attacks from giants 30 feet tall without problem - dies within seconds from a normal size tiger), since that would just be messy. Instead I will estimate his durability to be low, only about twice that of a normal human.

-Full list over mage abilities- (http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/spelllist.html?class=Mage)

A good idea is just to look into the caractiristics of each spell, and ignore the damagescales, since my opponent does not have set healthpoints.

Skull Knight (Berserk):

http://img90.imageshack.us/img90/6383/skullknightvb9.jpg

Skull Knight is one of the strongest fighters shown in the Berserk Manga. He fights on a horse, which seem to be able to fly. His sword is now able to tear through dimensions, at least between the astral world and our living. He is extremely fast and strong, dodging arrows and other coming his way without problem. He is seemingly faster and stronger then Zodd (Click for picture) (http://www.cuhkacs.org/~mathew/blog/up/comic/JOJO_014_tui.jpg).

He effortlessly kills demons the size of small houses, and is on another level entirely than Guts, which was able to kill 100 men alone, all attacking him in as an army (well arguable, they where at least there at the same time).

His personality is cool, and never hesitating. He has (at least from what I can gather from his conversation with Zodd) lived for more then a thousand years, and now take the shape of an armored skeleton. He is never separated from his horse; at least he is never shown to be so.

Serpico (Berserk):

http://img90.imageshack.us/img90/1674/serpicojm1.jpg

A weaker fighter then Skull Knight, he is somewhat on a lower level than the current Guts (main character of Berserk).

As a user of the wind elements, he got a cape able to deflect arrows and physical attacks, this cape also allows him to "glide" over his opponents or allies - jumping over a crowd or down from a church roof without any problem. He also has a sword, but not your normal trusting blade. His sword got the shape of a fan made of eagles’ feathers. This enables him to attack over long distances, sending cutting attacks which cannot be seen - it may be describes as blades of wind. These can cut through armored forces without problem.

His personality is cold and calculating, never underestimating his opponent, and always taking opportunity of every chance he gets to win. He likes to set up fights to favor his style.

Well, I tried to type down some info for you. Still fairly unknown characters (I haven't heard of any of those of my opponent). Seems I'm losing though, since Z-K is currently in the lead. Not surprising for me atleast.

^Well, yeah. I thought so too. I should have used Master Chief (from Halo) instead. Too late to change now. I'll try to check out some of the characters of Z~K, and cast my vote later tonight.

Well, I wondered if I should bump this, but I'll just post who I think would win here.

All research on Z~K's characters are wikipedia and/or other not neccesarily trustworth sites.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Raitei Ginji Amano vs Serpico

---------------------------commentary----------------------------------- From what I can gather of the Lightning Emperor he is atleast at the power of the Lightning emperor in Berserk, which clearly was out of the reach of Serpico. And yeah, I messed up the names under registration.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Harry Keogh vs Quick Ben

---------------------------commentary----------------------------------- Although the power of Harry seems quite interesting I do not think he can battle Quick Ben. Since (from what I understood) Harry only gains powers from former Humans, the powers he can control are limited. Quick Ben can freely travel between dimesions, and also can use his powers to kill those who oppose him using powers from his dimensions. The article I read was severly lacking in end - series feats, so I might be wrong here - I think Quick Ben takes this. By the way, Necroscope seems like an interesting series.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Enishi Yukishiro vs Skull Knight

---------------------------commentary----------------------------------- A little research on RK speed and I was told they had semirealistic speeds (own thread in meta-battledome). Unfortunently for our Skull Knight, is that Berserk is much the same. Taking a look at his techniques, this may be a good battle. However, I do not think that swords have much effect on Skull Knight, and with his shield and armor he should be able to take just about every attack Enishi can throw at him. So Skull Knight for me.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Envy vs Karsa Teblor

---------------------------commentary----------------------------------- Envy has not a favorable enemy in Karsa Teblor. Attempting to make the enemy hesitate in this battle is useless here - first because he does not know who Karsa cares about, second because Karsa only cares about himself, and if he where to attempt to take the shape of something innocent looking or simular: The motto of the Teblor is "May you slay a thousand children!"

In addition, Karsa is not only big himself, he got much experience in fighting large enemies. He kills a shark bigger then himself without land in sight, just to get a part of a man (now a corpse) from the sharks stomach (which he had sworn to carry).
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Kal Su vs Khamzul

---------------------------commentary----------------------------------- Khamzul got no chance here. Kal Su seems to be very powerful, and a World of Warcraft mage can only dream of attacks powerful enough to destroy a city.

Raitei Ginji Amano vs Scorpio

---------------------------commentary-----------------------------------

Hm. I don’t think Scorpio has a considerable high chance to win this match. Raitei Ginji is incredibly fast, durable, can create electric attacks of up to several million volts, has magnetism, microwaves and plasma attacks that make the blood of his opponents boil if they are only close to him for a moment.

His magnetism basically grants him immunity from weapons made of magnetic metals, unless the opponent attacks much faster than Ginji can react or has a physical power that overcomes the magnetic effect. Furthermore, Ginji absorbs the energy from electricity around him and in Raitei mode he has an incredible healing factor, healing cuts basically instantly.

Giving this one to Raitei cause I don’t see Scorpio keeping up for long and resisting Ginji’s speed, physical power and the electronic and other attacks.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Harry Keogh vs Quick Ben

---------------------------commentary-----------------------------------

Hm, this is a bit more difficult. Harry himself has only the physical features and resistance of a well-trained man in his 30’s. His main feats are that he is a very well-rounded character, physically tough and schooled in many different martial arts, he’s very smart, too. His access to the Möbius-continuum allows him to open doors in time and space and travel to any point on earth at any given time within a second.

His other feats are that he basically has contact to every dead person on this planet, depending on if he knows them personally he can talk to them immediately (even by mere thought) and if he doesn’t know them, he would need to ask other dead people to guide him there. This way he has access to fast knowledge, experience and skills.

His greatest offensive feat might be that he can rise the dead from their grave. What ever has died before can’t die again. So even if you chop the corpses to pieces, they will continue crawling and hurling their body parts at Harry’s assigned enemy.

As for Quick Ben, he is a trained, smart, calm and collected mage. Harry would to plan wisely, keep his calm, teleport through the Möbius-continuum and let his dead friends do the dirty work for him in order to win. A few attacks or even only one could mean the end to Harry’s body regardless of him being in good shape.

I’m undecided.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Enishi Yukishiro vs Skull Knight

---------------------------commentary-----------------------------------

Skullknight. Nothing much to say here, really. He’s a whole different league. Enishi is fast, faster than Hiten Mitsurugi if you count his nerves of insanity. He’s also skilled and strong but Skull Knight is too much of an opponent and therefore wins.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Envy vs Karsa Teblor

---------------------------commentary-----------------------------------

Hm, don’t really know much about Karsa Teblor, even from what I found on Wikipedia about it, but it seems they have advanced physiology and resistance to magic, which is redundand for this fight.

I don’t know about Karsa’s speed but Envy is pretty damn fast, has also super strength, shape shifting abilities and not to mention his huge monster form with incredible power. This could be a tough match but I think in the long run Envy takes it, if not for his monster form and the fact that he can be killed countless times over without actually dying.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Kal Su vs Khamzul

---------------------------commentary-----------------------------------

This is a world of warcraft character. I don’t even know how to rate the strength of such a character at all. But considering that Kal can fly, has a variety of spells that reach from freezing people solid in the blink of an eye or creating blizzards which freeze whole castles or turn them to dust with temperatures of absolute zero and other spells that pour millions of litres of water and drown the enemy, he could take this. Another noteable feat is that his “Danzig”-spell creates a magical ice-mirror that reflects spells back to the user. This way he reflected the “Assassin”-beam from the vampire Count Dai Amon and blew the vampire up.

He has also survived having his head cleaved in half when he was a child, this speaks for his insane durability and healing factor.

How does Envy's immortality work? Just wondering, since Karsa has the ability to trap the souls of those he kills - would that have a effect?

EDIT:

I do not know who Kal Su is, but Khamzul automatically LOSES because he used a WoW created character.

Hmm.. Where thinking about swithing him with Master Chief. But I guess I lost trice then, I have had a warcraft mage up against Sasuke and Spiderman in the past, but since they had hp levels put on them respectably - that is probably different.

I don't know if it is the same way like in the Full Metal Alchemist anime. Homunculi have the bodies of humans but they have no soul, if I recall correctly.

Okay, so they can regenerate aswell. Karsa might have bigger problems then. He is fast though, but I suppose that FMA is over human ability aswell. So, the way to kill him would be too destroy the stone in his body?

I do not think Karsa would tire before the fights ends, but if he is wounded enough he might be killed. I still think that Karsa would win though, mostly due to his sword, and his speed/strenght.

How fast are characters in FMA (or Envy if he has any concrete feats)? I would say Karsa is below Naruto, but over current Guts in Berserk (without his armor on full).
