Of course this is 4th power up of Spawn. Angelic Spawn.

Well sir that is what is up for debate.
But as of Spawn #162 he is second only to MoM the omnipotent being the Spawn verse.

MoM is powerful, yes, but he is only omnipotent (all power) in one universe ...
He would lose to more powerful Multiversal, Ultraversal, Megaversal or even Omniversal beings.

Hellking Spawn would win, otherwise he would lose, he can't damage the user of the LHW.

Well your right, as of yet I don’t have conclusive evidence that points out MoM being omnipotent beyond the ongoing Spawn Series.

Or if Spawn is a Multiverse to Begin with.

But none the less, being second only to a Universal Omnipotent being is something to be respected (and feared).

No, MoM confirmed that he "created the entire universe" with all God's and Satan's -- So it was most likely a universe.

I'm pretty sure Tenchi universe is one as well, hyper-dimension don't say much, but I will look into it before I exteend it. -- At the christmas break I begin watching the series from the start.

But than again:
the 616 universe contains an infinite amounts of dimensions as well.
- Asgard
- Mepisto's realm
- Dormammu's realm
- Dark dimension
ect.

All part of the 616 universe yet different dimension's.

However I think Spawn would win ...

Dude I said I agree with you, in that Spawn is a Universe. And MoM is an Omnipotnent being to a universe.
