Darth Vader ( Cyborg) Vs Darth Maul

Who do you think would win this? I have no doubt in my mind if it was Vader when he was young at the time of fighting Obi-Wan for the first time, Vader would have kicked Mauls ass. But even Lucas said Obi-Wan weakend Vader by alot and put him on the level of Maul and Dooku. So I would say just based on fighting style, that Maul would win.

Vader, by far. Even in his prosthetic state, he was much stronger than an average Jedi, while Maul really wasn't any better than your average Jedi Knight.

Not that Vader wouldn't win, but why are people saying Maul would get owned?

Didn't Maul nearly kill Darth Sidus in his rage? And didn't he take on both Obi-Wan and Qui-gon at once? And he killed Qui-Gon too, it was his arrogance that caused him to die to Obi-Wan.

I did, it reminded me a lot o Neo's first fight with Smith on the roof top. Were Trinity shoots him from his blind spot.


Vader owns Maul just because Vader pulls off the black better than maul.

That was a generic Agent, not Smith.

TBH, I always felt that Maul was more aesthetically pleasing then Vader...

Still, looks aren't going to win this fight.

The cyborg Maul was from the 'infinities' series, ie. non-canon, as was when he fought Vader.
However, IMO....all things considered, Maul in prime would probably beat Vader because of his speed, much as i hate to say it, also due to Vader being less than optimum because of his injuries. A hypothetical un-injured Vader would take out Maul without difficulty.
