Clay Bullow is one of the Bullow brothers from the sixth Vampire Hunter D novel.
Known as one of the best fighters on the frontier, his main weapon is a gold harp with silver strings. This harp can emit supersonic waves at Clay's whim, said to be powerful enough to break any material down to its constituent atoms. Clay can focus this attack as he wishes, and his largest attack was able to obliterate hundreds of trees in one go.
The scenario is simple: Clay has been hired to kill Aokiji. Aokiji is on vacation.
They meet in the middle of a desert.
