How To Make A Sticker?

I wanted to know how to make stickers
ive been searching alot etc been useing google
and all of that.But if you guys can help me search
because i want to make my own stickers and post them
around the city like this

Photoshop, good stock of pictures, a nice ammount of fonts, some skills in design, patience and money.

Easy/ almoast free way to do it is with stencils/usps packing lables. You can go to the post office and order packing labed for free almaost any size and in large quantities you make your stencile/spray paint and bingo its a little moar complicated but no that hard the monkey stickers were amde like this. http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c260/Gurbik/monkey.jpg

However the obey posters in the pic you posted arnt stickers those were made w/ photoshop printed out on regular paper and then wheatpasted up also fyi wheatpaste smells shitie. Neckface ftw.
