Is it possible to attach a WMV files onto a e-mail like comcast?

I think you can attach any kind of file to an email....you'll just have to depend on the fact that hopefully the person you are sending it to doesn't have it blocked.

why do you you want to attach it on an email?...it would be so much easier to upload the file onto:
www.sendspace.com
www.megaupload.com
www.gigeshare.com
www.yousendit.com
etc

get the link it gives you after uploading and email the person that link for them to download it themselves.

all of the sites I linked you are free and safe to use and yes I've used them....I use megaupload and sendspace specifically for the use on this forum to upload manga chapters of FMA and eyeshield 21, music CDs, anime episodes, and anime video OPs and EDs.

yousendit is the only one where you have to register I do believe
