Carnage VS Orochimaru

Dunno if this is fair or not, but who cares....
1 Week prep-time on each side and both have prior knowledge of one anothers skills.

Oro with a whole ton of Katons, and with that much prep he could probably raise some sweet Konoha nins with an affinity for fire. Possibly the 3rd, but I am unsure of whether or not you can raise someone who got eaten by the Death God.

Oro's the leader of the Sound village correct? That pretty much means he has some kind of sonic based attack in his aresenal, plus tons Katons.

We've seen him use fire ONCE. Look up episode 29 when Naruto goes Kyuubi.

Well yes both fire and sound effect Carnage. But not nearly as much as they would effect those like Venom or Toxin. It's because partly the Carnage symbiote has true symbiosis with Cletus Kasady having merged with his bloodstream. Also being born on earht the Carnage symbiote is more immune to these elements because it had to experience them at birth so it mutated. Even with all the katons and sound jutsu Oro would have a very hard time trying to concentrate them all on Carnage. And Carnage would probalby just trick Orochimaru with one of symbiote tissue clones or do something else to fool Orochimaru into thinking he's dead then kill him. The guy fooled Venom and Spiderman into thinking he was dead and did it on Toxin to. He might have even fooled The Sentry with a clone but we don't know that for sure. So I think that I'm going to give this one to Carnage. Unless orochimaru can make some massively powerful katon that is stronger Amertsu or make an incredibly concentrated hypersonic sound wave then Carnage will take him out first.

I don't think Carnage is that capable of really tricking someone smart. Spidey and his crew were just stupid enough not to look at the face

is oro even a fire user i dont think ive ever seen him use that or sound...He is from Konoha, and a jutsu specialist. He knows tons of katons. If he didn't, he would have gone out to learn some before the started cutting people up in his basement.

I used Carnage as opposed to Venom because as I understood it Carnage had a lower weakness for sound but a greater weakness for fire...or is that Toxin?
