This match is more even than you think. Pikachu is too short to look Itachi in the eye and is damn fast

If you'll remember, Itachi is also "damn fast". Seeing as Pikachu's movement can be seen by the human eye, by my reckoning, that would make him slower then Itachi.

Pikachu disappeared also with Agility in the Anime

A say pikachu, a thunder attack over the entire area sends Itachi into shock and convulsions...

Pikachu can win if he gets a Thunderbolt in on time.

But these two are bloodlusted (seeing as it wasn't mentioned). Pokemon attacks, like agility, need time to be performed. As far as we know, Itachi's movement speed is not enhanced by some kind of jutsu. Does Pika have that much time?

Agility was pretty much instant. Only reason it took time was Pikachu was waiting for commands.
Remember the Pikachu vs Raichu battle? That's if you watched pokemon

I did (unfortunately :D:).
Also, is this Ash's Pikachu? Or some random Pikachu? If it's Ash's one, then does he need to be there to issue commands? If it's a random one, then a level might be nice... :P

Too bad pikachu won't even have time to do thunder
Too bad pokemon only faint. So pikachu has an indefinite amount of time to beat itachi.

Not jutsu, but that speed is attained by chakraboosting your body, if I'm not mistaken (quite usual, Sasuke did it the first time versus Haku, and even Naruto complains about it versus Kiba).
My money is on pikachu, have you people played super smash bros? That teleport technicue is the shiat!

One Thunder would do Itachi in So would most attacks in Naruto. Naruto characters rarely just trade blows.
I think Itachi would win. He's faster for the most part and has better/more moves. Reasonably speculation would dicate that he probably has access to some decent doton jutsu.

Faster? I'll give you that. But pikachu can strike fast with Quick Attack or make itself faster with Agility
Better Moves? I disagree. More moves doesn't equal Better. Pikachu moves around too much and is too small for Tsukuyomi to hit. Amaterasu is a different story.
Plus dropping lightning on people is always effective.

Ash Ketchum a normal kid with no powers takes pikachus electric attacks all the time and doesnt get that affected. But Pikachu was in super smash brothers he wins oh and to space if you've played any pokemon game, theres a tower where all the dead pokemon are but they just come back as ghastly and haunters so pikachu would deffintly win

I mean, he has more choice so he's more likely to be in a better situation. That's how more moves is like better moves.
plus dropping lightning on people is always effective. Why? It's not unavoidable, since Itachi has kawarimi and other ways to divert the attack.
Well... I guess this battle depends on which pikachu we're using...
1. Anime Pikachu
2. Manga Pikachu
3. Game Pikachu
4. SSBM Pikachu
5. The animal pikachu

That's quick attack, and if you'll notice, there is a small delay before the attack happens. Such a delay is all that Itachi would need to throw a Kunai, launch an Ameteratsu, etc...

Not when the only thing it's hitting is an explosive Kage bunshin, it isn't.

Do u guys know how fast itachi can make handseals, kakashi with sharingan couldn't see the handseals itachi was making. If pikachu tries something funny he can easily use a kawamari and get out of the way. MS is not even needed in this battle. MS is not something that he's going to use the first time he gets in battle. Itachi is pretty damn smart, and he has a variety of jutsus in his arsenal, so pikachu defeating itachi is highly unlikely
And quick attack is nothing itachi can't keep up with, his sharingan is fully capable of seeing it

Itachi uses an Earth based jutsu to eliminate Pikachu; that is of course if he is an Earth type. If not, he can still win with his fire jutsu and weapons. If worse comes to worse, which i doubt, Amaterasu will melt Pikachu.

Yeah... Game Pikachu and SSBM Pikachu are not to be taken lightly.
This is somewhat difficult, since Itachi has good moves and incredible speed, although I think Pikachu could get in at faster speed (or equal) with the move Agility and get in a Thunder to do a great amount of damage.
Plus, you forget that if Itachi were to make contact with Pikachu, he would have a 30% chance of being paralyzed (if we're going by the game) by Pikachu's ability, static. :O

You forget that going by the game, Thunder only has an accuracy of 60%-70%. And this is against targets that aren't allowed to move. Is it going to be any easier against someone who moves faster then a Sharingan can see, and can instantly create explosive Bunshins as though it were childplay?
Spoilers for latest chapter of Naruto abound:
Well, the earth-type thing is a bad argument now that Kishimoto has proven that he apparently really likes the RPG style argument of elemental types beating one another, but has absolutely no idea how they work. Latest chapter proves Kishimoto doesn't have a clue how earth and lightning interact; he makes earth type weak against lightning type. Which makes this hilarious. Pokemon rules give Lighting<Earth. Kishimoto goes with Earth<Lighting. :oh

well it might be a tie depanding on what kind of pikachu and who's pikachu, but i'd say pika would kill Itachi because of 1 thunder+spam in thunderbolts and somewht good endurance and awesome agility, and also pika is too small for Itachi's eye so he can't hit pika wit his ultiamate

If we go by anime pikachu, pikachu has never died. He's only fainted, so pikachu would have infinite tries.
OP has to make it specific.
