Sorry if this has been said already, but for those that don't know, there's going to be a crossover manga, created by Akira Toryama and Eiichiro Oda, its the latest news of Shonen Jump in Japan, this manga will be appearing in the 2007 #4/5 issue, going on sale Monday, 25 December, which I believe to be a special day for some sorts of people :P
I use the term "Crossover" lightly as its uncertain whether this is a DBZ meets One Piece manga, or an entirely new one thats going to be made by the two of them.
Either way, this is definately something to look forward to! Two of the greatest Mangakas, especially great considering that Oda is a fanatic of Toryama's work!
What a Christmas present to look forward to!

I'm not familiar with these crossovers....so I guess it's just a one time special volume of both Toriyama and Oda's work in one?

Not sure. Toryama seems to do quite alot of one shots.
Neko Majin lasted one volume I think, I think that was his longest non-contract manga storyline.

there was a OP and DBZ anime. enel attacked a dbz city a la cell style. it was weird.

Neat! I love crossovers. Would be cool if they did a DBZ/One Piece filler arc after CP9. It can be like how they did DragonBall and Dr. Slump. I know both of those were done by Toriyama, but still, they will need to make fillers after CP9 otherwise they are heading into a collision course with where the manga is at.

There'll be a special crossover of One Piece & Dragonball in Jump 4-5, which is a double issue, that goes on sale on the 12/25 '06.
I can't wait XD
EDIT: That Goku/Luffy Vs. Enel thing was created by Toei, whereas this is coming from the original Mangakas themselves :D

OMG those videos were fucking awesome. And that was by Toei. Now with this there is going to be one by the actual authors. It's so beautiful. It's like a dream for my 2 favorite anime/mangas to be one. I can't believe it. *starts to cry from joy.*

Well I find it much more interesting with Toriyama working on it than someone who already releases a manga every week like Kishimoto. The same with the manga that's being used.
Either way, it should appear in next week's Jump I believe.

Great video, but there is no way in this world goku should have to go ssj2 to beat a guy like enel.

Those videos were made by Toei not Toriyama. He had nothing to do with that at all.
