I'm going to have to hand this one to Kenshin. Not just because I am a Rurouni Kenshin fan, but also by the fact that Jack's sword cannot do anything to anyone who isn't evil. If you have seen the episode of Samurai Jack where he was in the cemetery fighting Aku, Aku manages to get his hands on Jack's sword. He then goes in to stab Jack and kill him but when Jack's sword touches Jack, it doesn't even scratch his skin. It doesn't even dent it. Jack then tells him that the sword can't hurt anyone who is good. Kenshin's sword well will hurt anyone, even Kenshin if he uses it wrong. So who do you think would win?

jack wins because kenshin has been a mass murderer before, in order for you to become pure, you have to become one in the beginning. Kenshin, I doubt he's pure even when he became a good guy. So, yes. Besides, if kenshin wants to murder Jack, his evil intentions will be exposed and exploited.

Besides, even if the OP were right and Jack's sword couldn't harm Kenshin, he can still break Kenshin's sword. Jack sword is suppossed to be able to cut anything, and he even has a sword breaking technique (he tried to use it on the Scotman's, but didn't work beacuse of the runes). Also, Jack has been trained on hand to hand fighting, if they get to that, Kenshin will be owned.

On top of that, the way on which they deal with fireweapons suggests Jack is way faster (and that is without considering the difference in shooting speed between 19th century weapons and the ones Jack goes against).
