I think Venom could quite possibly win this fight. Because one Venom is much more vicious then Kidomaru. Even in his full spider state, Kidomaru can not match the feroricty of Eddie Brock as Venom. It would be like Venom fighting Spiderman with a bow and arrow. Unless Kidomaru knew Venom was weak to fire and sound, Venom would kill Kidomaru no sweat in my opinion. Now what is yours?

CS2 would help as would kuchiyose, this would be close, but deciding factor will be kidoumarus arrows and golden defense, kidoumaru wins by a close margin

Isn't the newer venom lacking that sound weakness?
Anyways, Venom would win IMO, his strength speed and durability are on a whole other level than Kidomaru's.

Venom is fast enough and capable enough to catch Kidoumaru and to be frank I think his punches are capable of breaking that Golden Spider Armour in to pieces.
