Shingami Teams

I was just wondering exactly what each time was, like if they were specialists in certain areas. I know that Team 4 is the medical, Team 11 is strong, and Team 12 is some sort of research team. What about the other teams? What are their specialities?

I just figured each captain of certain teams had to be a reason for them being a captain.

I am not sure it tells you all the teams special traits other than the ones you mentioned. But I think Team 11 is rather the 'warrior' team than just strong? :\

team 11 is the fighting team. supposedly the team that packs the most power

One of the teams was a communication team, Rukia's team, I think. Soi Fong's team is a special ops team, I think.

oh, i see, I always figured it was so weird how we know that certain teams were incharge of certain things but we dont' know the others.

Cause Team 1's captain is the older wise man who seems like he can fight.

I was trying to wonder what Rukia's team was.

They said that team 11 is the strongest of all the 13 divisions. and the 4th division is the weakest cuz they are a medical divison.
