Duck Dodgers could easily take out Afro Luffy, Inari, and Aoba. He just can't take down El Kabong even with the green lantern ring.

Kabong is the sam as DD

Afro Luffy is a battledome omnipotent character

Aoba is another battledome omnipotent character

Inari is at least Cosmic level esp with the crossbow


So inari being only cosmic gets owned while the others duke it out forever

But remember some Looney toons have the touch of fail and will always lose, no matter who they fight. Elmer Fudd, Wile E Coyote, Yosemite Sam etc etc.

He is an omnipotent above even Aoba.

All the most powerful characters are only shown once. This is the law of Shonen.

The fact that Aoba has appeared in more arcs than Inari, shows that:

Inari > Aoba
