I was thinking about it lately, but we haven't had a real answer due to Ichigo not returning to 'our' world.

hmm thats a good question..I think that he can somehow return to his body because a gigai isnt a real body (and it seems there is a difference maybe its impossible for a gigai to do all the things that can do a real body) so i dont think that the autor would do that.

Yeah, but the thread title was a spoiler, and that shows up on the forum lists and can't be avoided.
And no, it wasn't necessary to call him names. But I felt like it because spoilers fucking suck.

is it just me or he really isn't dead. I mean, because he is a Shingami now, it's ok if he leaves his body. Like the way he's been leaving his body before as a shingami everytime Rukia took his soul out of his body. Didn't they address that when Urahara took Ichigo's soul out and cut the chains? Like Ichigo yelled at Urahara for cutting his chain, stating that he is going to die and Urahara is an idiot. Then Urahara said that, Ichigo will become a hollow but there is a way to stay alive and return to his body and that's by becoming a shingami?
