i like the lighting on the chick, and i like the stock more, moe has better colors for sure though. font, i dunno they both are kinda plain. BoD i also like the popout ness. also moe what is the bright spot on akuma's back?

This is a pretty hard one, I'd give both a 7/10.
I like the stock on BoD's much more, and your transparancies(your pop-outedness, if you perfer) are pretty cool.
Font sucks, Background is decent.
MoE's Stock is like, eh, but the background and color matching are excellent.
It's even, so I'm going to cop out and just say I like BoD's stock more. :oh

better stock, no blending but there's something to it that conveys a better feel, nice brushing...(note: i'm not a good gfxer i'm going by my own opinion :sweatdrop )
i dunno MoE is usually way better than this... or is it just me :)

MoE- ugly stock -.-, good background, okay blending, good font, good overall composition

BoD- better stock, background's too common, blending could be better, font's ok but hard to read and the glow on it isn't suitable

In the end, great battle, but MoE GMV
