Help: Animated sig

Well I have an animated gif and a still gif as background signature.
I don't know how to put them together so that the animation still works.
I have already read Aoi's tut but that's not what I'm looking for as the gif is already ready.

I was looking for something like this:

Just post in in my thread :) . You have to add 1 layer on top of all the other layers.

Prob is:
my signature is size bigger than the animated gif.
How to put a layer above the animated? It just makes the still sig smaller, too.
And you don't see the animated anymore...

Import the gif image... and than change the canvas size to the size of the signature. Anyway post the images here, maybe i can show u

Here are the pics. The size is ok - I want them same size as it's now.
I only want to have the animated Kakashi doing Chidori embedded into the sig (on the right side):
