title of the threads, especially when its the one with the latest post. lemme explain:

on the main naruto forums page, the forum names that shows the most recent thread titles are shown. unfortunately, the titles themselves are almost always spoilers for those who have not seen the show up till that point, for example the konoha library forum, with the manga. right now, what i see is "itachi is going to kill...". That's a guaranteed spoiler. is there a way of blocking that? maybe y'all could tell the posters there to not put the topic sentence as a title. thx

those topics are 99% speculation, itachi didn't kill anybody or its a joke thread so maybe you should check out the topic before complaining about it

The speculations come from some originally confirmed facts. if a speculatory thread title appears like "so who would you like to be resurrected?" then obviously, when i see any thread titled "poor asuma", i can safely conclude that asuma dies. that's a spoiler.
i was not complaining only about that thread either. and checking the thread topic is obviously not the answer, because if it is indeed a spoiler, then it's been spoiled.

well...there are 4 dead hokages, haku, zabuza, two secondary characters, the sound five, and another certain villain who have perished in the series.....

seeing poor asuma could have many meanings other than the fact that he may have died....such as something going on with him and Kurenai...or his whole role in the series.

It's all speculation and what people may think will happen but not neccessarily a spoiler since it hasn't happened and may not ever happen.


However, connected with a few of the avys or sigs you may see around...it does become increasingly obvious.

So...if you are suggesting that the Konoha Library not be seen in the new posts feature...then we will not do that....especially since we are trying to fix that with the telegrams section. We are trying to make a group membership where members who do not wish to view the library or the library's posts in the new posts feature will not see them.


We can make it so that threads have to be approved before being shown, but there would be more people complaining about how they can not make threads over the amount of people complaining how they were spoiled by the threads in the new post feature.

If you wish to view the library section and not be spoiled....well...I know it sounds harsh...but you are stuck with just catching up...=/
