Hmm, evil always defeats itself they say. And this would be quite likly true, becouse they would be unable to decide a leader (there are lot of brutal and ambitious people among the bad guys). The god guys on the other hand, would be quite capable of deciding a hero (Superman or whatever) and would have a lot less inner fuss to take care off.
Omnipotent's arent good nor evil because if they was their Universe/Multi-verse would either be a teletubbies land or a hell.
But yeah Thanos with the Heart could do it if he was inteended to destroy everything outside the universe as well.

I would say the Dark-side.
Becuase Omnipotent being's are never good or evil.
They are the once who keep the balance - If the omnipotent being is either good or evil, than the opposite side wouldent exist (Stated in SWII).
But the Dark-side seems to have the most powerful beings overall, they're often stopped by the neutral omnipotent's.
Thanos with the Heart, Great Evil Beast, Lucifer ect.

Jplaya is a member on Narutofan who overrate such character's as Itachi for example.
He thinks that Itachi can manipulate reality killing everyone in the Marvel Multi-verse with ease ect.
So we refere to Jplaya's (version of) Itachi when we want a being superior to omnipotent's.
