Hand to hand wise, Guile & Charlie stand a chance. But when you factor in the jutus Kakashi & Asuma have at their disposal, chance look grim for Guile & Charlie.

But If they land the Sonic boom its a down deal maybe, as the sonic boom is officialy the fastest projectile in the SF universe and can cut throught many things.

But I have to give to Kakashi & Asuma because of the sheer variety of techniques at their disposal.

Guile and Charlie needs to be up close to be effective. Kakashi and Asuma can do a whole lot more with their jutsus. The SFs are at a horrible disadvantage.
