It would be tough to Dr. Strange to take this, without any prep-time to gather his various artifcats.

I'm thining DS could take him, as I don't know of anything Dr. Strange can do to not only bypass DS's shields, or permanently put him down without regenerating.

Basically, Doctor Strange calls on the powers of Eternity himself (who is the living embodiment of the entire universe) and becomes a cosmic being who is nearly omnipresent and almost omnipotent. He used this to fight against Death (as in, the living embodiment of Death itself) and won.

Yes and no. His speed is not really mentioned. Whever said that with the hundreds of times light speed is a lier. You might want to take a look at my Bastard!! Directory thread, there's lots of info on the entire manga and its characters.

For DS' speed, it's nonetheless very impressive and certainly high, since even Seraphim Raphael, from the highest class of Angels in the Bastard!! verse, was deeply impressed by it and was barely able to follow. Seraphim can go past light speed when using their Augoeides, their ultimate form, but it's not been stated yet if they can in their human looking form which Raphael took on when watching DS fighting.

In all honestly, if Strange manages to become nearly omnipotent and omnipresent, he might actually take this with rather few effort.

However, if you want this to be a real duel between sorcerers and magic skills, then we should keep omnipotent/night omnipotent crap and such out of it; same goes for DS. No Judas Pain.

i guess it boils down to exp as both have access to insane magic,
it depends on exp i guess (leaving access to nigh omnipotent magics aside)
i know DS is like 400 but he was sealed for a very long time right? so in comparison who would have more exp?
