Since when has naruto's Kyuubi ever been a threat to Sasuke? or Gamabunta which he never uses for that matter? Naruto has been in 3 confrontations with Sasuke and Naruto has gotten his ass kicked in all 3 of them. Not to mention Rukia has Shikai and is very fast herself.

So no Naruto would not destroy them in no time.
