Does the Underworld chick get her guns? If so, she takes this pretty easily, as Buffy doesn't use guns. While she can survive getting shot in the chest, it does disable her for a while.

If not, I'd give it to Buffy. She seems a lot stronger than Underworld chick, she's the vampire slayer, and that chick is a vampire.

She didn't really have any special powers too (apart from sucking)
