First I'll try to get a grip of what you guys like.

Well the thing is, I'm only ridiculously powerful in my base form, and don't actually become omnipotent until I die.
1) Id Complete Contact - Xenogears. (Among the Most Bad ASS characters)
2) Yuri Seraphic Radiance - Shadow Hearts 1&2 - (Another God Slayer)
3) Fou Lu Infini Dragon - Breath Of Fire 4 - (Dragons are coooollllll)
4) Hades - Saint Seiya - (thats only if I can insert every saint seiya special tech)
5) Demon Eyes Kyo Full Power - Samurai Deeper Kyo - (thats only if I can have all the SDK move list as well).

The fact that he can do anything and nothing can oppose him, not even the Chousein who created the multiverse and can create/destroy universes, mess with time, or do anything they want at will. Also the fact that he was described as such by the author.

Just because Marvel has more beings on the hierarchy before you get to the top doesn't mean that the one on top isn't omnipotent.

Umm, actually thats exactly what it means. If you're all powerful then you are omnipotent. You can't say that because a possibly stronger being exists in another universe that they aren't omnipotent. Because as far as fiction is concerned none of those other universes exist.

If you are all powerful you are omnipotent. Since as far as the DBZ storyline is concerned (or any fiction for that matter), NO OTHER FICTIONAL UNIVERSES EXISTS, so if you are all powerful in that universe then you are omnipotent, period.

Vegeto or Gogeta or whoever might be the most powerful in their universe, but they still have limits, as in they have a specific powerset and can't do anything simply by wanting to.
You're omnipotent if you:
- Can do literally anything simply by wishing to
- Cannot be opposed, stopped, or impeded by anything in your verse if you don't want to be

I think tsukiyomi is right, the definition of omnipotent pretty much says you have absolute power and you're the most powerful in your verse. But kami tenchi and TOAA are what u'd call a TRUE OMNIPOTENT. They are beings who can do anything they want. A lot of difference between omnipotent and a true omnipotent

Because Living Tribunal can do anything in the Marvel Omniverse.
And DBZ-verse is a multi-verse.

Which mean's Torankusu's time machine did not reversed time, but simply putting him in an equal universe, where the time havent gone that far yet.
Than we have the room of time and spirit, an dimention as well ... ect.

1. Thanos (Marvel). Easy choice, smartest person in the universe with kickass powers/tech. Tho all i'd down is use it to download anime and play WoW while floating around the earth.

I would say people like Silver Surfer or Thanos, but I want to be able to live an ordinary life, just enhanced by my powers. Also, the most important thing for me is the ability to either teleport or travel very fast.

Thing is Gojiita does not fall under the concept of Omnipotent. He is the most powerful being in his universe though. For him to be omnipotent he would have to be able to do more than just blow stuff up.

This is why I chose Juggernaut and Juggernaut Xavier as my top 2. I wouldn't need to eat, sleep, drink, breathe, etc... It'd be pretty sweet. With Xavier's powers, I could make women sleep with me. Yeah, that'd be the life.
