Depends on wheter Akuma can land Shun Goku Satsu or not. It sends your soul straight to hell incase anyone doesn't know about it. Other than that, Hulk eats Akuma and shits him out.

hulk will never hit akuma with akuma's speed, and akuma would incapacitate hulk with martial arts or incenerate him with a hadouken

Jplaya, you do realise that Akuma's Hadoken and punches will do noting to hurt the Hulk right? Still, Akuma has a chance if he can land the Shun Goku Satsu.

Akuma will be dead before he can pull off the Shun Goku Satsu, which is his only effective move in this battle. Hulk in a curbstomp.

well, there are no real rules to this battle so I tried to account for everything. To the post above, look up the SHun Goku Satsu move, read the description of the move and you'll see why Akuma has a chance to kill the Hulk. However, without that move, Akuma dies horribly. The battle is decided on whether Akuma lands his attack or if Hulk punches Akuma first.
In summary, Shun Goku Satsu = Hulk's soul sent to hell (which Hulk can not survive no matter what you think). Hulk's punch= Akuma becoming a bloody stain on the pavement (AKuma cannot survive a punch from the Hulk).
With that explained, this thread is pretty much over.

the Hulk can exist separetly from Bruce Banner...send Banner's soul to hell and all you get is an even more powerful Hulk.
Thunderclap will deal w/ Akuma's Speed.
A hadouken/shoryuken will be way weaker then Hulk's durability.
Hulk for the win.

Shun Goku Satsu won't necessarily work, since Hulk can fight as a soul entity and on the astral plane.

The thing about that is that there are many people living in the Hulk's body. There is Bruce Banner, the Green Hulk, Grey Hulk, Devil Hulk, Guilt Hulk etc... its debatable wether a single punch would send them all to hell. Even if it did, Banner has been removed from the Hulk before which just results in a mindless rampaging monster of limitless strength.
So its debatable wether or not the move would help Akuma even if he could land it.
