Quagmire has slept with MANY women (Though I doubt as much as Gene Simmons), he took advantage of a 16 year old twice (one at her party, the other when she was tied up in the men's bathroom) AND he's had sex with a dead chick. I don't think Pedo Bear or Happosai wouldn't even TOUCH a dead chick.
