Chad, Tatsuki, and Kiego are the only ones I can think of. I guess you can probably consider Orihime a friend even though Ichigo barely met her.

The only problem with Bleach is there are way too many secondary, tertiary and even quadriary characters, and they all have very long, hard to remember names :p
