This tutorial may only work for GIMP users. It's pretty simple actually!

2. Now select the color you want for the userbar.
3. Use the Bucket Tool or just press 'Shift + B', and fill in the bar.
4.Then select a different color [If you chose blue, choose orange] now.. Now select the ' Gradient tool'. Click the middle top of your userbar and holding down your mouse key making sure the black line is perfectly straight.
5. Now go to Filters>Disorts>Video and select 3X3.
6. Create a new layer and set it to Transparent
7. Now select ' Elliptical Regions' Tool.
8. PLay around until you get an oval shape above the userbar but in the middle aslo.
9. Get the bucket tool once agian and fill the oval with the color white
10. Once youve done that, set the layers opacity [ of the white filled layer ] to 50.0 .
11. Get any Render/Image [if its an image, try cropping it so its small enough to fit on the userbar]
