I know of Saber, but nothing about Witchblade. Regardless, unless Witchblade is really someone special (more specialer then Sasuke!), I would say Saber. Not many can withstand attacks by an invisable sword or excalliber at full power. Even more so if Shiro is around, because then there's the sheath and Calinburn or whatever the blade is called.

Hmm...I'm going to be biased and say saber will win :D

But excluding from that, I'm still not sure how strong Sara's energy blasts are. If they are as strong as Gilgamesh's Enuma Elish, then Saber would be in trouble. Although I do believe Saber's Excalibur is strong enough to destroy Sara and her Avalon can protect herself from any enemy's attacks (It was strong enough to defend from Gilgamesh's Enuma Elish).
