Technically, that ain't the konoha logo... the konoha leaf has a triangel on the bottom, and it's rotated slightly to the left...

That symbol is used around seals I believe, but I'm not sure.

thats a seal sign. konoha symbol is like the one mithrandil posted earlier. it almost looks like the anbu sign

I just think it is pretty cool ......and I cannot get it bigger any suggestions ?

Draw it by hand, and scan it, or open it in a picture program, recrop it (make it bigger) and redraw it.. (Flash is good for that)
