Guts (with Berserk Armor) vs Spiderman

Guts using the Berserk Armor that gives him superhuman strength (he was lifting the main mast of a war ship effortless) and superhuman speed (Guts already can move faster than the eye...like when he moved between the guards and they couldn't see him)....and he fought against Roshinu who could move at sound speed when he didn't have the armor.

Guts with Berserk armor never surrender and he doesn't stop until he kills the enemy or ends killing himself by bloodloss. His sword is so powerful that could shatter corondum. Berserk Armor also repair the damage of his body.

He killed and pierced Makaras like butter....each of one was said that could destroy 10 warships.

Could Spiderman defeat this Medieval version of Venom?

No, defeating Guts is totally impossible. Chuck Norris once tried to roundhose kick Guts. Guts severed the leg from the body. The following scene was so brutal that it got edited out of the series.
