Sanji easily. OP universe > SNK universe. Although, i'd say anime Terry Bogard can beat Sanji. Anime Terry beat Mars the God of War.

I agree in the durability part, and also the strenght (i've never seen Kim crushing huge boulders with a kick) but i think Kim is hella faster than Sanji.
He can land 30+ kicks in around 5 seconds!
If Kim barrages Sanji from the beginning i think he can win

Sanji can deliver 13 kicks in less than a fraction of a second, while falling backwards and dodging, with one leg. Nice try though.
