Ron's a scrapper, he's fended against his brothers for years and he has a lot of brothers to fend against. He seems to be the quicker to anger and resort to blows anyway, so I'll go for him. Harry can take a lot, but he wears glasses, and one good smack to the face will put him at a severe disadvantage.

I'd say Harry would wallop Ron. I mean, Harry has taken quite a beating on a number of occassions against foes that Ron would never be able to go toe-to-toe with. Harry has endurance, stamina and a fair bit of strength. While Ron is a bit bulkier than Harry, he's still a wimp.
