The battle of the super secret agents. They get no prep other than they know what each other look like. Fight takes place in an abandoned airport. There are firearms in arb areas like the air port security locker rooms. Both guys are bloodlusted (ie. they won't try and wait each other out using complex traps)
James Bourne will tear him apart.

Well, from what I've seen from the movies, Bourne wins. James Bond recently mostly relies on his gadgets to beat his enemies, while Bourne mostly uses his creativity and uses what's around him.

James Bond in Bond movies > Jason Bourne in Bourne movies.
But Bond plays by rules more in his favor.
In a neutral universe, Jason Bourne > James Bond.
