Luffy's body is made of rubber Kryptonite and he emits Red sun radiation.
Fight takes place in Metroolis, who wins?

I don't know how weak exactly Superman gets when he is exposed to kyrptonite, so I can't decide at the moment.

Oi. With Infinite Crisis #7, it all depends on Luffy waiting it out.

Whats red sun radiation? Does it help Superman?

Through the remains of Krypton, and a red sun with Superboy-Prime (with SBP carving the path in front with his body), Clark managed to actually KO SBP in a small field of Kryptonite (SBP is immune to Kryptonite of the main DCU).
His resilence to Kryptonite apparently increased, much to my dislike.

Red sun renders a Kryptonian as 'powerless' as a human, given sufficient time (less than an hour, maybe even half).

Superman flies up into orbit and roasts him with heat vision.

Doesn't his powers weaken near red sun radiation?

Only if his powers originate near it. If he's standing 10 feet away and uses heat vision, it'll be weaker. However, if he's 100 feet away, it'll be much stronger. The beam itself doesn't weaken, only the power source.

So? It wouldn't be the first time Supes has been punched off Earth. He's been punched off at least 3 times.
Red sun radiation? Superman (and co.) went through Rao in IC#7.
Kryptonite? Superman survived with liquid K in his blood. In IC#7, he survived going through the remains of Krypton and fought amongst a field of Kryptonite.

Did he KO him. I don't think he did I thought the green lanterns went in and ass raped him. He clubbed one of the Supermen to death didn't he? Anyway i don't really know who would win this match.

Other way around. SBP bashed through a 300-mile thick barrier of pure willpower, and killed 32 GLs in the process.

Can't you give Luffy magical powers, too? Why not give him all the weaknesses of Superman! :wtf
Depends on which Superman, I guess. But, a smart Superman wouldn't even get close, and just destroy him from afar.

The new abilites given to Luffy only help Luffy at a close range.
He already lacks good range.
Thus, Superman keeping his distance is all that's needed.

If Superman can take a few steps back from the kryptonite, and if Luffy stands there watching, then Superman can use some kind of heat ray and fry Luffy.
Although I don't know why Luffy would stand and watch.
Anyway, my decision is still Superman.

From what I've read even though Superman is weakened by the Kryptonite and Red Sun Radiation and whatnot I still think he can win this one. As soon as he feels it working he'd calmly fall back and deliver a deathblow from a safe distance.

Theoretically, he could just get a flying start and pound him into space with one fell blow before the Kryptonite and Red Sun Radiation could really effect him.
Luffy gets owned, and owned hard.

luffy is made of rubber he can conceiveably stretch his body out over 1 million miles. Can he breath in space is another question
