Now you've got me thinking, there has to be more to Yoroi and Mizuri than meets the eye. Obviously Kabuto could crush them both, but they're definately not genin level. They're probably mid chunin level at least. I don't think they were trying seriously in the Sasuke and Kankurou fight. They're probably hiding something.

Funny. I bet they're dead, but that's just me. If they remained in Konoha (which they would have to do, after Misumi's basically broke his spine, thanks to Kankuro), they would be interrogated about Kabuto's whereabouts and Orochimaru. After all, Kabuto revealed the fact he was a spy the same day the Chuunin Exam happened.

If they told everything, Yoroi and Misumi would basically be pointless to Orochimaru, thus guaranteeing their deaths (or the lack of usefulness in the future).

I've got the Sannin Battle episode going in the background. I'd forgotten that Kabuto would have killed Tsunade except that Jiraiya and co poofed in at the critical moment. This is before her hemophobia is exploited.

Tsunade talked to herself, and exclaimed that Kabuto's insight and medical skillz were better than hers had been at her peak. Meaning that his potential is to become greater than her as she is now. (or, should I say, after she gets back in shape after this little vacation she'd been taking for the past whatever years)

All Kabuto fans know he has awesome potential. It's just obvious. :love

I'll look in some of my more obscure dictionaries for the confusing parts.

kabto can defenitely outsmart kakashi...at least to a level that he would be able to escape with his life. minimum. kabuto is (i think) a juunin level nin, and with his kewl healing justsus he would hold his own in a fight with kakashi.

The fillers were... amusing. I didn't like the extra stuff they threw into the Ramen Special, though. Those Haze nins were pathetic. It was supposed to be humorous, but it just came off as pathetic.

It won't be as long as you think, Snoops. They have to bring Sasuke back into the picture pretty soon, and right now Sassie is with Kabuto and Orochimaru. So.... yeah. We'll get to see some action in the next three to five chapters. ;-)

what was the deal with kabuto being about to betray ochimaru in the start when he looked like he wanted to kill sasuke. what was going on there?

Because he wasn't going to kill Sasuke. It was left deliberatly vague looking, so people would misunderstand.

If he wanted to kill Sassie, Kabuto wouldn't have used that little x-acto knife. He was going to cut off the mask, that's all.
He'd set up this HUUGE stage just to tease Kakashi. If he'd wanted to simply kill Sassuke, he'da just done so and left, rather than taking the time to medically alter one of the bodies to look like him, and disguise himself as another of the dead bodies, and so on. No, he was ordered to kidnap Sassie, which takes a little more finesse than a simple kill. And as he said to Sand Jounin later (I can never remember that guy's name..) - he'd wanted to 'test' Konoha, see what they'd do. Or rather, what Kakashi would do. He was playing with them. That's all.

And incidentally delaying getting Sasuke to Orochimaru. Thus setting in motion the events that led to Orochimaru having to take a 'lesser' body in the meantime.

See, he can follow orders while showing initiative in such a way that it seems like he's still following orders - and still manage to fubar Oro's plans. Our little behind-the-scenes-spy with a hidden agenda. Yessss he is! *mwa!* We loves our kawaii info-nin soo muches we do!

4.Final Akatsuki arc(Akatsuki finally gets killed)
5.Orochimaru arc(Orochimaru makes his final move, and finally gets killed)
6. Kabuto arc(We find out that Yakushi Kabuto had his own motives. We finally get to see Kabuto crush Kakashi, and attack the village.
7.Naruto's over(Finally, after around 400 episodes)

Well, it seems Kabuto won against Kiba last night in the Survivor thread. Tonight he's up against Neji. I like Neji, but dammit. My Info-Nin Lurv has to come first.

I suppose it's possible, but given the supposed nature of the filler arc if he does appear it'll probably just be a small cameo.

Hum~ from Pazuzu's episode title and summary thread (http://forums.narutofan.com/showthread.php?t=33666) I was under the impression that, while they will attempt to go to the Sound country, they will be interupted (by a new set of filler characters and filler villians) and then typical filler wackiness ensues. I didn't think that we'd actually get to see any of the other canon member of the cast get involved.
Not that I'd be complaining if they did; any Kabuto at all is good Kabuto. :smile-big I'm just not expecting anything big if anything at all.

Hum, that's true. Then again, that was a canon scene from the manga, and we haven't seen him since.
Even if they do show him in the filler, I can't imagine him really doing anything. I figure it's going to be similar to the Tea Country filler, where they just have the central characters interacting with the filler characters; while the other canon characters remain unseen. I don't know though; it's definitely possible that Kabuto will make some kind of appearance. I certainly won't be complaining if he does.

The filler arc is supposed to last a couple of months, so even if the main characters never make it to Sound, we're bound to see some aside shots. Filler is essentially approved fanfiction, and as such is fundamentally fanservice. So since there are plenty of us Kabulovers out there (augmented by the Orochismexuals) then we should be seeing them at least once or twice durring this arc. I'm not betting on anything spectacular, though. That would be bending the canon/noncanon rules. "Thou shalt not mess with main character's roles in such a way that it will be expected to carry over into later canon."

But that still leaves quite a bit they can do without messing up the storyline.
I just hope we don't get any more Aoi types. Gah. That was pathetic. Even if we did get to see more Ibiki. (who looks rather dignified when tied up) ;-)

1. Who would win between Kabuto and the filler boss?

Here are my answers

1.Kabuto easily
2.filler boss

:blink Erm...okay, sure.

1.) Well it depends on exactly how strong the filler boss is, but given the quality of the filler enemies that we've seen; and the fact that most filler bosses are designed for Naruto to beat. I say Kabuto.

2.) Once again, it depends on how strong the filler boss is...but I have a hard time imagining anyone losing to Aoi; I guess the filler boss. Aoi versus Mizuki would probably be a more fair match. They'd charge and crash into each other. Mizuki would knock himself out and Aoi would spin off into the horizon (in the way that only Aoi can). :smile-big

Oh and thank's for the compliment skmt. :smile-big Really, at this point I'll settle for anything sound related coming up in the manga; perferably Kabuto related though :P.
