Doosmday easily. Falcon is not that impressive, in SSB Ganondorf, DKK, Bowser and even Luigi outclasses him in raw strenght

Look at the clip!! He leaped out into the vaccum of space and lit up a galaxy and and erased a guy from existence. Doomsday can't do that!!

As cool as that clip was, C.Falcon didn't cause the explosion. They were fighting in a some giant generator while it was blowing up, and it let out a massive amount of power.
