Help me think up a plot

I'm participating in this year's NaNoWrMo (for more information, go to http://www.nanowrimo.org/ ) but I have yet to think up a plot for my 50,000 word book!

Can you guys shoot some ideas at me?

I'm not sure, haha. I know I don't want the main character to be animals! But other than that... I think I'm leaning toward there being a character (not the main character, but someone close to him/her) who has a mental illness of some sort

An illness like in Memento (the guy who forgets everything) or a total freek?
You know describing could help you a lot, so if you spend your words trying to convince the reader (without saying it) that the friend you're speaking about has a mental problem. You could put it long enough.

How about a guy who suffers brain damg and can't reamber who he is, finds a girl :rukia that know part of him and try to help him reamber him past.
After find out him past only to reamber a horrable truth behind it, that he kill off 25 people in one night, in the end kills himself to forget the true.:shrooms

Write about a superhero who's best friend is his sidekick, but unbeknownst to both of them, the sidekick has dissociative identity disorder and is also the supervillain! No wait, write about a supervillain who has Obsessive Compulsive Disorder! No wait, write about a female ninja who goes on a mission to kill the Tokugawa Lord. No wait, write about a guy who's best friend has schizophrenia and thinks that the FBI is after him, that he can breath fire, and that he has a PhD in medical science and is qualified as a doctor, but have it turn out that the FBI really was after the friend and that they're causing the schizophrenia to discredit him so that he can't reveal top secret information he found out that involves the true reason for why people have schizophrenia to begin with. No wait, write about a girl that gains the ability to erase memories of embarrassing incidents from the minds of other people, but makes a mistake and erases this one persons mind so that they think they're in high school. No, write about a guy that becomes Abraham Lincoln under the light of the full moon. Wait, write about a girl who has two ears on the same side of her head who becomes famous by surgically grafting wings onto a ferret. No, write about a guy who owns a tank and drives it around and has a friend who has anxiety attacks but is very aggressive and is trained in martial arts and attacks people during his anxiety attacks. No wait, write about someone who got his foot stuck in his mouth and his trip to the hospital to get it removed. No wait, write about a guy that invents a time machine and goes back in time to prevent the death of his best friend, goes too far back, lands the time machine on his father, altering the timeline to the extent that he wipes himself from existence and is replaced by someone else, who doesn't know how they got into the past and ends up changing history so that the first guy's friend doesn't die, but the first guy no longer exists.

Okay, I'm out of ideas.

Write about a superhero who makes a mistake and erases this one persons mind so that they think they're in high school. Then they have to escape from assassin ninja principals, and about the selfishness of people.

...50,ooo words, eh?....cant think.....how about sasuke runs away while naruto is going crazy or sumthin like that and sasuke finds itachi and the akatsuki...sasuke attacks itachi....but give it a twist and itachi says he protected sasuke from the uchiha murderer who is kakashi or an important charater in th series.....then they go out on a trip to catch kakashi....
and then just kill one of the three in the end.....one more thing...elaborate in details
