He,s from the OVA Riding Bean who orginates from the anime Gunsmith Cats.
Bean is pretty badass, he takes bullets to the head, wrecks cars on a dayli basis, have superhuman reflexes and superhuman strenght.

He is good with the knife, but his favorite weapon is his car. smile-big

Bandit Bean is extremely tough but I'd still back Spiderman. The way Spiderman's strength is classed, he is easily stronger than Bean. If I think about it, Bean is probably the only normal human that takes gunshot wounds to the head or head on car collisions as if someone slapped him a bit. Despite this, Spiderman should be just too fast and strong for him.

Well im sure Bean would give Spidey a run for his money, but as you said Spidey is stronger but Bean is tougher.

But if Spider-man was following Bean in some sort of car chase im sure Spidey would have an even tougher time.
