Okay, there is onehundred ninjas from Konoha, versus this guy:

The battlefield is a finnish forest, during winter. The ninjas starts in an open area, about three hunderd metres wide, the guy with the mosin nagat starts somewhere unknown...

Depends which ninjas there are. For example, a PTJ Neji would immediatly find the guy with his byakugan.

1. No he wouldn't, they would move too fast for his shield to react.

2. He's not even from Konoha.

Is he fast enough to pick of 100 ninjas? Ninjas are fast and run on trees like a buncha monkeys and they'd find him before he picks more than 10 or 20

Sniper guy would get killed. Konoha ninja don't move like ordinary humans. Once he kills/injures the first no-name ninja, they will hunt for him and they will find him fast. With all the dog users, summons, and special abilities, the guys toast.

Ninja would win. 100 is a lot and you always have to reload. also after a couple of shot, the sniper would lose the element of surprise

The sniper guy can't fire a gizillion bulllets at once to keep the ninjas at bay, he is only capable of firing one shot every few seconds. The sniper guy will get a few ninjas but the rest of the ninjas would end up killing the guy.

What 100 ninjas makes a difference.
Lots of ninjas would be immune to his strategy.

Dog trackers, doton burrowing jutsu, superior stealth, superior speed

You all forget the Ninja-Law-of-Numbers

The strength of an individual Ninja is inversely proportional to the number of similiarly dressed ninjas present.

The Finnish dude slaughters them till there is 1 ninja left. Then the ninja kills him.
