This reminds me of the Batman vs. Predator Dark Horse match-ups. . .
Movie or or book?
Heh...novel or comic Boba would probably destroy Batman, whereas movie Boba's greatest accomplishment consists of hiding in garbage to find Solo.

Book/Comic
Bats will probably get demolished, in that case. Basic eq:
"His gauntlets also feature a wrist-mounted flame thrower, sonic beam weapons, dart shooter, several blades, and a fibercord whip with a grappling hook. Other weapons include a jetpack with a miniature concussion rocket launcher, rocket dart launchers, grenades, gas pellets, and a pulse cannon. Tools include a lock breaker, battle computer, macrobinocular viewplate, gauntlet control panel, and a motion sensor. The antennae on his helmet serves as a radio reciever/transmitter. His main weapons are a EE-3 laser carbine and his father's modified laser pistol."
Also, despite the fact that Boba is less-muscled than Jango because of an emphasis on mind over muscle, he's still of comparable strength and fighting ability, and Jango was able to kill I think 3 Jedi within the space of a few comic panels, using nothing more than his bare hands, snow, his helmet for headbutting, and choke wire. Interesting quotation about that...
Sidious: Tell me, how did an ordinary man kill so many of your kind?
Dooku: With his bare hands...
I believe in the AotC novelization, Jango states that Boba at that point is already developing reflexes comparable to his own.
There's also the fight with Vader in Boba Fett: Enemy of the Empire, where despite clearly being at a disadvantage during the entire fight, Boba does get a chance at killing Vader, but decides not to take it because of possible Imperial retaliation. Not to say that he would or wouldn't be able to kill Vader with preptime though...there were extenuating circumstances. Also, they fought another time (though I don't remember if this comic is canon) and Fett managed to hold his own with a lightsaber against Vader.
He also captured a krayt dragon singlehandedly before, and really all in all is probably more than a match for Batman, especially given regular equipment.
Given an even playing field though, with either bare hands or equal equipment, Batman I feel would have an advantage.
