Well this one is kinda hard for me. Spawn has the giant axe with green eyes(like him xD), and Alucard has all that crap with those familiars and skills he gets so its kinda hard. If i had to chose one i would pick Alucard because hell just summon the familiars and theyll all gang up on him, besides, hes half vampire so hell probably try to suck his blood.

Alucard is a pure vampire in Hellsing, and half in Castlevania. And against KoH Spawn, neither would win.

You're forgetting Spawn has his own undead army, the Legion, who all have most of his powers, in addition he has transmutation, reality warping, and time stopping among other things.

1st. Spawn can do A LOT more than kill people with an axe, read the powers directory.

2nd. Alucards familiars would just be cannon fodder, yes even the more powerful ones.

3rd. Spawn doesn't have blood.
