Is Naruto allowed Kyuubi? That's pretty much the only chance he has, as the Chief is stronger, has guns, and is wearing armor that I doubt Naruto could pierce thru.

Naruto gets in a Rasengan shot which will deplete Cheif's shields and then MC snaps his neck

If you include Cotana which is standard with Cheif too then thats as good as 5 years prep time too
