Ok~ I have been getting questions how to make a round edge avatar~ So boys and gurls, today's ur lucky day (not really lol! xD )

If i had to rate the hardness of this tutorial out of 10 .. i would say 2 (seriously)~ It isnt hard ...

And if you would like to see more of giffies by me, or giffies in general done by other people~ Check out the General Avatar Gif Thread : LINK (http://forums.narutofan.com/showthread.php?t=123489)

Basically starts off where u got the pictures from window movie maker/other program, and open it into PS! Then put all the pictures into 1 file, and put em layers after layers~ After that, you compress the size to whatever u want!

In the tool bar, click on "rounded rectangle tool." And use it to make one that u want the avatar to be the size of

Press "ctrl+left click on the mouse" to select the shape of the rounded rectangle shaped layer!

Go to "Select," then click "Inverse"

After u have done that ... make sure all the layers are at visible, and press delete to delete the edge of the pictures~

After u have done that, click "inverse" again

Go to edit, and find "stroke."

Some questions, how did you import all the images into different layers? I keep getting them opening as different files and can't find a function for it.

defrule - you have to copy-paste each new layer into a 'new layer' in photoshop. That's right, select-all-copy image#2 and go back to image#1 and press 'paste'. It should paste itself into a second layer. If not... you should probably stick to requesting your avy's for a while.

Nice tut, JH1stGen! Stroke is a beautiful thing. ^_^

When I reach to the delete part, there comes this message that says, "Could not complete your request because the content of the layer is not directly editable."
