Shino's Immunity to Poison

Even though he was susceptible to it at first, why is it his dad's chakra bugs could remove the poison, if he could do it, and his son has the same kind of bugs, wouldn't they be able to do it? And if so, couldn't he potentially have an immunity to poison?

Well...its his bugs not him thats doing it...I dont think bugs gain experience

Also I was thinking his bug clone could attack, because all non standard clones can attack, why not a living one

I'd guess the bug clone would have problems maintaining integrity. I guess it could "attack" in the sense that it could be used to get the bugs close enough.
