This one I actually had to think over. I think maybe Blue's Clues would win because he's pretty sneaky at hiding his pawprint and clues, so maybe he can somehow get around Pooh.

Just get some honey on Blue, and Pooh will eat him. heh j/k
Also Winnie has the weight advantage even being a stuffed animal.

Either way, Pooh (or his team) takes it. He'll use his ultimate ballon floating ability to attack from above.
