As he is now I say below DD, but if he actually knew how to utilize his powers somewhere around Spiderman level.

I'm saying those would be ineffective. The Fire one could be dealt with, due to his limited knowledge of how to actually fight well with it. The Ghost one can't really do anything, and the fast one wouldn't be stong enough to put Spiderman down. Also the omnitrix runs out of energy pretty fast, and when he uses it, there isn't a gaurantee it will pick the one he wants.
