I don't think a simile comparing the mysterious 3rd person to a TPS would be very accurate; I guess it's more like a FPS only you're with two other cyborgs in the same room and you kill them both before realizing that there is one cyborg left and then you kill yourself because damn, why the hell would anyone want to live as a cyborg?

As for the bike-and-love analogy, you really lost me there. I suppose one does perhaps to one's fair share of riding, but falling off really hurts...

As for the gelatin, what if he magically conjures up some otherwordly peristaltic abilities and swallow the entirety of the hardened gelatin whole? And are we really aiming for a killing? :nuts
