As far as I know, Luffy has used Gumo Gumo no Storm twice. Once against Crocodile, and once against Aokiji.

Then I stumbled across something I've never seen before. It appears it comes from Ennies Lobby due to the color of Luffy's shorts, but I can't really tell. I might have missed the episode or something. Could someone please tell me where this comes from? Like, if it's an ending for a game or soemthing?

I really have just recently started watching all the anime, and every now and then the manga slips my mind.
